I believe that feeling safe is the foundation of mental health and sustainable wellbeing. However, unresolved trauma, anxiety, and grief— arising from the increasing adversity we all face— are currently the biggest causes of concern for people’s mental health and well-being. They are major issues for mental health management in Australia.

To address these challenges, I integrate neuroscience, behaviour, and trauma therapy. This approach has been transformative, enabling my clients to build self-efficacy and embrace authentic, regulated living.

Hi, I am Wiebke (Veebkah),

I am a trauma-informed somatic counsellor and organisational development consultant with a background in psychology. I have more than 15 years of experience in working with individuals and leaders, to achieve sustainable change and wellbeing.

My clients describe my energy as grounding and calming. My approach is collaborative, outcome focussed and person centred. I have been through the ‘hard stuff’ and connect to people from an authentic and caring place.
